She has everything together. Except the one thing that matters.

Coaching for senior professional women who are tired of sidelining themselves. Direct, grounded, and faster than you expect.

Book a Discovery Call

She is capable, intelligent, and has built something real. Respected in her field. Relied upon by others. High standards for everything she does.

But privately there is a version of her that keeps getting sidelined.

She overrides her own instincts. She says yes when she means no. She delays the decision she has already made. She avoids the conversation she has rehearsed a dozen times. She holds everyone else's boundaries except her own.

She is not lost. She is not in crisis. She is someone who has quietly stopped showing up for herself, and she knows it.

"You have a gift for putting people in front of their own contradictions, in a healthy way. And then you show them where their own language is working against them."
Alice F., Executive General Counsel, Paris

The pattern running underneath all of it

Most of what she calls overthinking, people-pleasing, or playing it safe is actually the same thing. She has been going against what she already knows, for so long that it has become almost invisible. Almost.

She knows what she wants to say. She knows the relationship needs to change. She knows the boundary needs to be held. But she overrides it. Every time. And every time she does, the cost is quiet but real. Her energy drops. Her headspace gets noisier. The gap between what she shows the world and what she feels privately gets a little wider.

The outside looks fine. The inside is slowly suffocating.

This is not a time management problem. It is not burnout. It is a pattern of going against herself in the moments that matter, and it has been running in the background for years.

"I'd spent years in therapy without seeing real movement. In just three sessions, something finally shifted in a way it hadn't before."
Elisa Antonietta, Senior Compliance and Governance Advisor

How this works

I find the loop that has been running the show, often unconsciously, and I help you update it. Half deep pattern work, half strategic accountability. I listen for the patterns hiding in your own language, the qualifiers, the justifications, the stories you tell yourself without noticing, and I reflect them back so you can hear what you've actually been saying. We work on what is happening inside and what needs to happen outside, in the same conversation.

Things shift faster than clients expect. Not in months. In weeks. The decision she has been circling for a year gets made. The conversation she has been avoiding actually happens. The boundaries she has never held start holding.

Clients come in overthinking everything. Within a few months, the noise is quieter. They trust their own instincts again. They hold boundaries without guilt. They stop saying yes to things they don't mean. They make the decisions they have been circling. They have the conversations they have been rehearsing. They put themselves first in a way that feels gracious, not selfish. The people around them notice.

"In just 2 sessions, you uncovered shadows I had been carrying for decades and nobody else showed me so clearly." Alice F., Executive General Counsel, Paris
"In a very short period of time, his guidance led to tangible improvements in both my mindset and day-to-day life."

The coaching

This is not a single session or a quick fix. It is a structured coaching container, typically three to six months, built around what you actually need to shift.

Every container is tailored. Some clients need deep pattern work first. Others need strategic accountability from day one. Most need both, and the balance changes as we go.

Coaching containers start from €3,000. Full details, including session structure and pricing options, are covered on the discovery call.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you're a senior professional woman who's built a career you're proud of, but privately knows something needs to change. You're smart, capable, and used to solving things on your own. But this one isn't shifting. You've been going in circles, overthinking the same things, sidelining yourself in the same ways, and you're ready for something different.

This is not for you if you're looking for therapy, a career change programme, or someone to tell you what to do. This is not a substitute for clinical support. And it's not for someone who wants to keep explaining the pattern instead of changing it.

About Peter

I spent 20 years in advertising and digital, changing jobs, titles, and cities, trying to fix something from the outside that could only be fixed from the inside. I tried everything. Therapy, self-help, spiritual work. Nothing held. By month three of every new situation, the same restlessness came back.

Eventually I stopped running. I trained as a coach, built 1,500 hours of practice, and started working with people who were stuck in the same loop I had been. I'm not at the end of this road. I'm just far enough ahead to know which paths go nowhere.

I work from Ibiza with clients worldwide.

Questions

Therapy tends to look backwards to understand why. Coaching looks at what's happening now and what needs to change. I'm not a therapist and this isn't a replacement for clinical support. But if you've done the analysis and still feel stuck, this is built for that.

Most clients notice a shift within the first two sessions. If you're ready and we're the right fit, it tends to happen quickly. The deeper integration takes longer, but you'll feel something change early.

We work with whatever is live for you. Some sessions go deep into old patterns. Others are entirely practical: drafting a difficult conversation, working through a decision, building a plan. Most do both. Direct, focused, and built around what you actually need that session.

I primarily work with women, but I'm open to working with the right man. If what you've read on this page resonates, reach out.

If something on this page made you pause, that's worth paying attention to. A discovery call is a conversation, not a commitment. We talk, I listen, and we both decide if it's the right fit.

Yes. Payment plans are available and we can discuss the details on the discovery call.

This is where it starts.
